I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in luxury automotive sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. I grew up in South Florida but have called the San Francisco Bay Area home since the 1980s.
Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community by participating in neighborhood events throughout the year. We take pride in building strong relationships and maintaining the small-town feel that makes our community so special.

As an Account Associate for Joshin Bruguera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Joshin Bruguera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
